This meditation will help you stop blaming yourself for things that happened in the past, so you can let go of shame.
All of us have experienced the shame of thinking we have done something wrong, or blamed ourselves for things we didn’t even do. In this guided meditation, Vimalasara will guide you through a practice of releasing some of this shame by bringing to mind a memory or situation that causes you to feel this uncomfortable emotion, and completely changing the way you relate to it.
