This is a walking meditation that can be practiced whenever you're around people and you want to send them loving vibes.
Whenever you're in the subway, walking on crowded streets, or in a room full of people, you can use the opportunity to send them love and fill your heart with that love too. In this short guided practice, Curtis Smith will show you how to spread loving feelings to yourself and to the people you walk by, creating a more loving and positive environment around you.
