- 1 (14.5 oz) can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup (80 g) oil-packed sundried tomatoes
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- A pinch or two of salt
- 1 to 2 Tbsp (15 to 30 ml) lemon juice (as needed)
Directions

Step 1
Add the beans, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle lemon juice into the food processor until the dip is creamy. This will keep in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
